Working together
Coaching at The Delta is for leaders who want space to think clearly, understand what is really going on, and act from a more grounded place.
You may come with a specific decision, a role transition, a leadership challenge, or a sense that something in how you work or lead no longer fits. We will work with what is immediate and practical, while also paying attention to the patterns, assumptions and identity questions underneath.
The aim is not endless reflection. It is clarity that changes how you choose, act and lead.
Coaching is not being handed answers
You may already have plenty of advice, frameworks and opinions around you. What is often missing is a space where you can hear yourself think, examine what is shaping your choices, and reconnect with your own judgement.
I will bring curiosity, challenge and honest reflection. I will notice patterns, ask direct questions, and offer observations. But coaching is not about outsourcing your decisions to me. It is about helping you make choices that are clearer, more grounded and truly yours.
Where you want more direct input, mentoring or strategic perspective, that can be contracted separately as advisory work.
Who I work with
I work with thoughtful leaders who are carrying complexity, responsibility or change.
That may include senior leaders, founders, people stepping into larger roles, leaders navigating transition, and individuals who are questioning what success, impact or leadership now means for them.
This work is particularly useful when the issue is not only technical or strategic. It may involve judgement, identity, confidence, values, relationships, pressure or the question of who you are becoming as you lead.
You might be:
making a significant decision
stepping into a bigger role
navigating a career or identity transition
leading through ambiguity or pressure
feeling stretched by responsibility
questioning what meaningful impact looks like now
aware that what got you here may not be enough for what comes next
Ways to work together
I offer three coaching packages, depending on the depth and duration of support you need. Standalone sessions are also available where a focused conversation is enough.
Focus
3 sessions over 6 weeks
For a specific decision, challenge or stuck point where you need focused space and challenge.
Focus is useful when there is something live, contained and important that you want to think through properly. We will clarify what is really at stake, explore the assumptions and tensions around it, and help you move towards a grounded next step.
Best for
a specific decision
a leadership challenge
preparing for an important conversation
making sense of a stuck point
regaining clarity quickly
Price
£1,050
Equivalent to £350 per 90-minute session.
Shift
6 sessions over 3 to 4 months
For navigating a meaningful change.
Shift is for moments where the question is bigger than one decision, but still has a clear centre of gravity. You may be stepping into a new role, moving through a transition, rethinking how you lead, or facing a challenge that asks something different of you.
This gives us enough time to work with both the immediate situation and the patterns underneath it.
Best for
a new or expanded role
a career or leadership transition
a strategic crossroads
a relationship or team challenge
a shift in how you want to lead
rebuilding confidence or direction
Price
£1,950
Equivalent to £325 per 90-minute session.
Deep Work
10 sessions over 6 months
For leaders seeking a deeper partnership during a significant period of change, growth, or identity transition.
You may be navigating sustained complexity, rethinking your relationship with work, rebuilding your sense of purpose, or noticing that the old ways of leading no longer fit.
This is the most spacious way to work together, for the challenges that need time.
Best for
bigger leadership transitions
founder or senior leader growth
identity and purpose questions
sustained complexity
changing long-held patterns
developing a more grounded leadership presence
Price
£3,000
Equivalent to £300 per 90-minute session.
Standalone sessions
Standalone sessions are available where you want a focused conversation around a particular issue, decision or moment.
Most standalone sessions are 90 minutes. They can be useful when you need space to think something through, but are not yet ready to commit to a longer coaching package.
Price
£275 per hour
A typical 90-minute standalone session is £412.50
Why packages?
Coaching works best when there is enough time for insight to become action. A single conversation can be useful, but the deeper value often comes from noticing patterns over time, testing new choices, and returning to the work as things unfold.
The packages are designed to offer different levels of depth and commitment. Larger packages offer better value per session because they allow us to work in a more sustained way.
For organisations
I work with both self-funded individuals and organisation-sponsored leaders.
For organisations, The Delta provides reflective executive coaching for senior leaders navigating complexity, transition and increased responsibility. The work can support clearer decision-making, stronger leadership presence, more sustainable performance and more intentional impact.
Where coaching is organisation-sponsored, we agree the contracting clearly at the start. This includes goals, confidentiality boundaries, stakeholder involvement and any feedback process.
Organisation-sponsored coaching is priced separately depending on scope, contracting and reporting requirements.
Advisory and mentoring
Coaching is not advice-giving. Advisory work is different.
In advisory or mentoring mode, I may draw more directly on my founder, startup and consulting experience to offer perspective, challenge and recommendations. This can be useful for founders, leaders or teams who want a more direct thinking partner around strategy, growth, decision-making or leadership.
Where this is useful, we will contract for it clearly so we both know which mode we are working in.
How we begin
We start with an introductory conversation.
This is a chance to talk about what is bringing you to coaching, what you are hoping might shift, and whether my approach feels like the right fit. You do not need to arrive with a perfectly formed brief. Often, part of the work is making sense of the question itself.
If we decide to work together, we will agree the shape of the work, the focus for our sessions, and any practical arrangements.
There is no pressure to decide on the call.
Frequently asked questions
-
Most sessions are 90 minutes. This gives us enough time to slow down, explore properly and arrive somewhere useful.
-
Most coaching takes place online. In-person work may be possible by arrangement.
-
No. Some people arrive with a clear decision or challenge. Others arrive with a sense that something needs to shift, but they are not yet sure what. Both are valid starting points.
-
Coaching is confidential. Where an organisation is sponsoring the work, we agree clear boundaries at the start so that everyone understands what will and will not be shared.
-
Yes. I work with both individuals and organisation-sponsored leaders. Corporate-funded coaching is contracted separately depending on scope and requirements.
-
If you want advice, recommendations or strategic input, that may sit better under advisory or mentoring work. Coaching and advisory can both be useful, but they are different forms of support. We will be clear about which mode we are using.
-
Focus is best for a specific issue. Shift is best for a meaningful transition or change. Deep Work is best for bigger questions that need more time. If you are unsure, we can discuss this in the introductory conversation.
