The Delta Advisory Ltd stores your data on secure UK-based servers with industry-standard encryption and access controls.

Coaching confidentiality 

As your executive coach, The Delta Advisory Ltd maintains strict confidentiality regarding all coaching conversations and session content. Your coaching discussions, challenges, and progress are kept completely confidential and are never shared with third parties, including your employer, unless you provide explicit written consent or we are legally required to disclose information. All session notes are stored securely and are accessible only to your coach. We adhere to professional coaching standards including those set by the EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council).

Data processing and storage

The Delta Advisory Ltd collects and stores data in the UK. We will store your data for the following periods: contact information for 2 years after your coaching engagement ends, coaching session records for 7 years (professional standards), and financial records for 7 years (legal requirement).

The Delta Advisory Ltd stores data relating to transactions, payments and orders for a period of up to seven years. This period may be extended under certain circumstances as part of our ongoing commitment to comply with UK and international law.

We use carefully selected and recognised third-parties to help us take payments, provide scheduling services and conduct virtual coaching sessions. These may include payment processors, video conferencing platforms, and scheduling software. Some of these third-parties may operate outside the European Union.

The Delta Advisory Ltd may send you service-related communications about your coaching program, scheduling updates, and relevant professional development information if you have given us your contact details as part of our coaching relationship. You can opt-out of these communications and manage your preferences at any time.

As part of our ongoing commitment to GDPR, The Delta Advisory Ltd will report any security breaches or attempted breaches to the relevant authorities within 24 hours. We will subsequently contact all those affected by the breach within 72 hours of its occurrence.
