Clarity for thoughtful leaders in complex times

The leaders I work with are often facing real strategic challenges. Underneath, there may be a quieter question about who they have become, and whether it still fits.

The Delta is a place to think about both: the decision in front of you, and the person making it.

Executive coaching for senior leaders, founders and people navigating meaningful change.

What brings people here

People usually come to The Delta when something in their leadership, work or life has become harder to ignore.

  • Your role has grown faster than your sense of yourself in it.

  • You can articulate the business challenge, but sense there is something underneath it too.

  • You are surrounded by people who need your clarity, with little space to find your own.

  • You have outgrown what got you here, and are left with the question: what next?

  • You are carrying something you cannot fully share in your professional life: a decision, a transition, a doubt, a question.

  • A change is coming, or has just happened, and you are still finding your bearings.

These moments often mean the same thing: the work is not only about the decision in front of you. It is also about the person making it.

What we work on

The work often begins with a practical question. A decision. A role change. A difficult relationship. A sense of being stuck. But good coaching does not stay only on the surface. We look at what is happening around you, and what is happening in you.

Clearer decisions
When things feel tangled, we create space to see what is really at stake and what choice is asking to be made.

Stronger self-trust
You reconnect with your own judgement, instead of looking outside yourself for certainty or permission.

Steadier leadership
You understand the patterns, pressures and assumptions shaping how you show up.

More meaningful impact
You move beyond doing more, and begin to act from what matters.

Less overwhelm
You find a way to carry complexity without being consumed by it.

A clearer sense of direction
You begin to see what is next, not as a perfect answer, but as a grounded next step.

How we work together

Coaching at The Delta is reflective, honest and practical. It gives you space to slow down, but it does not leave you there. The purpose is insight that changes how you choose, act and lead.

The Process:

  1. We look closely at what is here - We slow things down enough to see what is really happening: the context, the pressure, the patterns, and the assumptions shaping your choices.

  2. We challenge what needs challenging - Through honest reflection and careful inquiry, new perspectives begin to surface. You start to see yourself, the situation, and the choices available to you differently.

  3. You act from a clearer place - Insight becomes movement: decisions, conversations and actions that feel grounded, sustainable and truly yours.

Coaching is not being handed answers

You may already have plenty of advice, frameworks and opinions around you. What is often missing is a space where you can hear yourself think, examine what is shaping your choices, and reconnect with your own judgement.

I will bring curiosity, challenge and honest reflection. I will notice patterns, ask direct questions, and offer observations. But coaching is not about outsourcing your decisions to me. It is about helping you make choices that are clearer, more grounded, but most importantly, yours.

Where you want more direct input, mentoring or a strategic perspective, that can be contracted separately as advisory work.

Ways to work together

There are different ways to work together depending on what you are carrying, how much space you need, and the kind of change you are navigating.

Focus

3 sessions over 6 weeks

For a specific decision, challenge or stuck point where you need focused space and challenge.

Best when there is something live, contained and important that you want to think through properly.

Shift

6 sessions over 3 to 4 months

For navigating a meaningful change: a new role, transition, strategic crossroads, relationship challenge or shift in how you want to lead.

Best when the question is bigger than one decision, but still has a clear centre of gravity.

Deep Work

10 sessions over 6 months

For leaders wanting a deeper partnership through a significant period of change, growth or identity transition.

Best when you are not only changing what you do, but rethinking how you lead and who you are becoming.

Packages and standalone sessions are available. Full details are on the Working Together page.

I know what it costs to lead in uncertainty

I’m Annelise Brbora. I’ve founded two businesses and led teams in fast-moving startups and scaleups, where uncertainty was the everyday weather. Earlier in my career, I was a senior consultant at Deloitte. I know what high-stakes leadership feels like from the inside.

Now, as an Ashridge-accredited executive coach with a Master’s in Executive Coaching and an EMCC Senior Practitioner accreditation, I help leaders make sense of complexity and move forward with confidence.

My research explored a deeper question: how leaders find their footing not just in what they do, but in who they are.

I created The Delta because the best leadership growth happens in partnership, when leaders have the space to think clearly and reconnect with their own wisdom.

Start with a conversation

If something here feels familiar, we can begin with a conversation. We will talk about what is bringing you to coaching, what you are hoping might shift, and whether working together feels like the right fit.

There is no pressure to decide on the call.
