Definitions

1. Coaching Services

1.1 Service Description

We provide executive coaching, leadership development programs, and strategic advisory services as described on our website and in individual service agreements.

1.2 Service Delivery

Services may be delivered in-person, virtually via video conferencing, or through a combination of both methods as agreed between The Delta and the client.

1.3 Professional Standards

We adhere to professional coaching standards including those set by the EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) and maintain appropriate professional indemnity insurance.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Booking Process

Services can be booked through our website, email, or telephone. All bookings are subject to availability and our acceptance.

2.2 Payment Terms

  • Payment is due in advance of service delivery unless alternative arrangements are agreed in writing

  • We accept payment by bank transfer, card payments, or other methods as advertised on our website

  • All prices include VAT where applicable at current rates

2.3 Pricing and Variations

We reserve the right to alter service pricing without notice. If an error in pricing is discovered, we reserve the right to either cancel your booking or contact you to arrange payment of any difference.

2.4 Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, including where we believe there is not a suitable fit for our coaching approach.

2.5 Late Payment

We reserve the right to suspend services if payment becomes overdue by more than 14 days.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

3.1 Client Cancellation Rights

For individual consumers (not businesses):

  • You have the right to cancel within 14 days of booking under the Consumer Contracts Regulations

  • Once coaching services have commenced, cancellation rights are limited to cases where services are defective

3.2 Session Cancellations

  • Coaching sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged in full

  • Sessions cancelled with 24-48 hours notice may be rescheduled without charge

  • Emergency cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis

3.3 Refund Process

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 30 days to the original payment method.

4. Confidentiality

4.1 Our Commitment

All coaching conversations and session content are strictly confidential. We will not share information about you or your coaching with third parties without your explicit written consent, except where:

  • Required by law

  • There is immediate risk of harm to yourself or others

4.2 Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any proprietary coaching materials, methodologies, or intellectual property shared during our engagement.

5. Professional Boundaries

5.1 Scope of Services

Our coaching services are for professional development purposes. We do not provide therapy, medical advice, legal advice, or financial planning services.

5.2 Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Attending sessions as scheduled

  • Engaging actively in the coaching process

  • Implementing agreed actions between sessions

  • Providing accurate information relevant to your coaching goals

5.3 Results and Business Outcomes

Your success in applying coaching insights depends on your commitment, effort, and implementation of agreed actions. The Delta Advisory Ltd does not guarantee any particular business results, career advancement, or specific outcomes from our coaching services. You acknowledge that your professional success depends on your own skills, effort, and commitment to the coaching process.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Materials

All coaching materials, methodologies, frameworks, and content provided by The Delta remain our intellectual property. You may use these for your personal development but may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize them without written permission.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any information, insights, or content you share during coaching sessions. By engaging our services, you grant us a limited license to use anonymized examples for professional development and training purposes.
