From my own complexity to clarity
I’m Annelise Brbora. As a former founder and senior leader — from startups to Deloitte Consulting — I’ve lived the realities of complex leadership first-hand. I understand how overwhelming it can feel.
Now, as an Ashridge-accredited executive coach (with a Master’s in Executive Coaching) and an EMCC Senior Practitioner, I help leaders make sense of complexity and move forward with confidence.
I created The Delta because the best leadership growth happens in partnership — when leaders have the space to think clearly and reconnect with their own wisdom.
